It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ann (Mitzie) Corscadden, (née Ahern), Cabra Castle, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, who passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family.
As we reflect on our loss and celebrate her life, we are reminded of her passion for life, her inspiring vision, and her love for her family. Mitzie attended Shannon College of Hotel Management in 1953, where she embarked on a journey that would shape her future and leave an indelible mark on the hospitality industry, a Shannon Graduate to the end.
